Plot Development!

When we last left our, er… protagonists… they were being chased by some monstrous… er, thing… with a metal head. Aw, heck… who am I kidding? I’m no good at synopses. This just happens to be a sort of script for the next plot development. I'll replace it with the actual art soon enough...

The weird-looking monster, however is known as a “Pyramid Head”, from the Silent Hill series of games. Reference to this creature can be found here, although I recommend that you ignore the psychological stuff on the site. :)

PAGE 1

PANEL 1
361.2 stops abruptly – so abruptly, in fact, that we can hear the skidding sounds. KD (still with DH draped over his shoulder) almost runs into him. DH is still shooting; There’s a maniacal expression on her face. (Sound Effect: RATATATATATATAT…)
361.2: Wait, wait! I’ve got an idea!
KD: Whatever it is, it’d better be good!
361.2: Clay! Get over here!

PANEL 2
Medium shot of 361.2 running over to Clay. In the background, DH, who is still shooting, finally runs out of bullets. (Sound Effect: RATATATATClickClickClickClick…)
361.2: Quick! Take off your pants!
Clay: Whoa, man... Clay don’t swing that way.

PANEL 3
Same medium shot; 361.2 and Clay are still in discussion. DH is staring at her guns and KD, who still has her slung over her back.
DH: Er… where am I? And why are you carrying me?
361.2: JUST GIVE ME YOUR PANTS! AND THE REST OF THE PANDA COSTUME!
Clay: Oh, the Panda Costume. How was I supposed to know?

PANEL 4
Same medium shot; A shadow has fallen across the characters. DH and KD are staring up at something large, and off-panel. 361.2 is holding on to the lower half of the panda costume; Clay is fishing around for the upper half.
361.2: Hurry up! Hurry up!
Clay: You’re gonna owe me big for this, 361.

PAGE 2

PANEL 1
Close up of 361.2, in the motion of throwing both halves of the suit at Pyramid-Head.
361.2: Eat this, you monster!

PANEL 2
Close up of the panda suit, flying through the air. Similar perspective as Panel 1, as though the viewer’s eye is following their aerial path.

PANEL 3
Close up of Pyramid-Head as the suit lands on it. Similar perspective as Panel 2, as though the viewer’s eye has followed their aerial path. One half of the suit hits its chest and bounces off; The other drapes itself precariously on its shoulder. (You can throw in a sound effect at this point; FRUMP comes to mind.)

PANEL 4
Panoramic shot of everyone, from Pyramid-Head on the far left side of the panel to 361.2, Clay, DH and KD nearby, to Chex and Jac on the far right side of the panel. Half the panda suit is still draped over Pyramid-Head’s shoulder; the other half lies in a forlorn heap in front of the monster.

PANEL 5
Exactly the same as Panel 4, except that the panda suit slips from Pyramid-Head’s shoulder and falls to the floor. (Sound Effect: FRUMP)

PANEL 6
Exactly the same as Panel 5, only with no sound effect.

PANEL 7
Exactly the same as Panel 6.

War Freak

This is the (unsatisfying) result of drawing with a pencil, inking with a 0.1 & 0.3 tech pen, scanning with an old, low-tech scanner, and then adding effects with my mouse. -_-

Plus, I was doing the scanning and editing part between 2am to 330am... nuff *yawn* said... ^_^

update

Hey folks, just to let you know, this comic has been improved vastly, thanks in no small part to Gem's tutoring. Enjoy... (you may have to hit F5 to refresh the image if it still looks like the old one)

I don't have a scanner or anything right now (maybe I'll aquire a tablet soon though), so blame the quality on my digital camera (a cell phone).
